Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated optional

For the Dish:

  • 2 smoked sausages sliced into coins
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • Sauté the Sausage: In the same skillet, add sliced sausage. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crisp.
  • Steam the Broccoli: Add broccoli florets to the skillet with a splash of water. Cover and let steam for 2-3 minutes until tender but still bright green.
  • Combine and Glaze: Return the shrimp to the skillet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything and toss to coat. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice, noodles, or enjoy as is!
